The MacDonald Training Center
The MacDonald Training Center inspires people living intellectual disabilities to live the lives they choose. Our own intern, Danny Ricci, has been enrolled in their art program since late 2022.
In 2025, Barbara & Dan Ricci of L13 MCS South were recognized at the First Annual Wild About The Community Recognition Dinner for their community efforts at the MacDonald Training Center.
In 2023, L13 MCS South was the presenting sponsor for the 70th Anniversary of MTC, at the Straz Center in Tampa, Florida, where Danny will be working as a caricature artist, held on November 14th. Our Executive Administrator, Barbara Ricci, delivered a speech outlining the 25 years of advocacy she’s been navigating for her son, Danny.
