PRESIDENT

Dan Ricci founded L13 MCS South, LLC in 2017. For over 37 years Dan has traveled to more than 19 states in our great country assisting multi-family and commercial property owners to develop their physical assets with innovative management and construction solutions.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR

Barbara co-founded L13 MCS South in 2017. She comes to us with over 14 years of experience managing her own businesses in for profit, and advocating for children with special needs in non-profit settings.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Tylar-Rose joined L13 MCS South in 2022. She comes to us with over 10 years of experience working as a manager in hospitality casino management and multi-family property management.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Jessica has 10 years combined background in Hospitality, Property Management, and Marketing. This, combined with her skills in Graphic and comprehensive marketing strategies, rounds out the missing piece of our team.

PROJECT MANAGER

Edward is the owner of 3E Project Management. He has been working with L13 MCS South since 2020. His expansive background in construction makes him an integral part of our team’s success.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Diane joined the L13 MCS South team in 2023. She has worked for major corporations such as Sony and others in administration and procurement for 18 years.

Danny brings his artistic skill as our resident artist to all company functions and retreats.
