L13 Management & Construction Solutions, LLC was founded in 2017 by Dan Ricci, cofounded by Barbara Ricci, and originated in Massachusetts.
In 2020, we moved our operations into Florida as
L13 MCS South, LLC.
As a construction management and consulting firm, L13 MCS South offers more than thirty-four years of experience providing our clients with the highest level of quality and confidence for completing their projects.
